Welcome Home, Eagles!

Big questions. Real projects. Your next adventure starts here.

Hey, future Eagle! What are you curious about? What do you like to build, draw, invent, read, explore, solve—or just figure out? We’re building a school where you can ask big questions, learn with real teachers, meet other Idaho students and see what you can do with what you learn.

At Idahome Academy, you won’t spend every school day just watching videos. You’ll have flexible lessons, short live classes where you can speak up and work with classmates, and projects that take learning into the real world. Your teachers will help you stretch your skills—and be there when something gets tricky.

ELEMENTARY EAGLES (K–5)

Build something. Make art. Read a mystery. Explore nature. Talk with friends. Our planned student community can include Building Bricks & Makers, Art & Creativity, stories and reading, garden/nature activities, and friendly chess or strategy games.

Your teachers will help you practice reading, ask questions, try new ideas and share discoveries in live classes and Advisory.

MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL EAGLES (6–12)

Build an idea that matters. Debate a question. Create a budget or business concept. Learn to code. Explore responsible AI. Try a chess challenge, a strategy game, or supervised esports. Clubs depend on staffing and student interest.

Your teachers will guide challenging coursework, purposeful live discussions and projects where your own thinking matters.

MIDDLE SCHOOL EAGLES: GET READY TO SOAR

Grades 6–8 are about learning how to learn. You will practice planning assignments, strengthening reading and math, asking for help early and getting ready for high school. If you fall behind, your teachers and Advisory team will check in and build a practical success plan with you. Before ninth grade, they will help you review your readiness and next steps—so you know where to grow, not because there is an extra gate to enter high school.

The Eagle Challenge: learn it, use it, show it

Try something new: investigate how a seed grows, design a poster that teaches a real fact, map a useful idea for your town, analyze a project budget, or explain how you checked an AI answer. You don’t need special equipment, a family business or a backyard to be part of it. We’ll provide alternatives.

Your voice belongs here

Advisory gives you a familiar group to connect with each week. In live classes and supervised clubs, you can ask questions, trade ideas and work together. You do not have to be the loudest person in the room to contribute—writing, chat, small groups and other appropriate ways of participating can help everyone take part.

You can participate through a thoughtful question, conversation, writing, approved chat or accessible alternative. Advisory may introduce student clubs and activities; separately offered clubs remain optional and depend on student interest, adult sponsors, safety and resources.

THIS SCHOOL IS ABOUT WHAT YOU CAN BECOME.

At Idahome Academy, you’ll have teachers to ask, classmates to learn with and projects that connect school to the world around you. You’ll practice reading, writing, math, science and history—and you’ll also learn how to manage your time, think for yourself, use technology wisely, solve practical problems and keep learning as you grow.

Your work won’t always look the same. Sometimes you’ll read and practice on your own schedule. Sometimes you’ll join a short live class, share an idea, help a classmate or work on something real. The goal is not just to finish assignments. It’s to become more capable, confident and responsible over time.

Bring your questions. Bring your curiosity. Bring your ideas. We’re building a school where learning belongs to you—and where you don’t have to figure everything out alone.
